I bought Shiseido UV White Freezer mask while traveling in Japan and can not understand the instructions, because they are all in Japanese. I really appreciate it if someone could post step by step instructions in English. Thanks! Unfortunately this product (White Freezer mask) is not sold in the U.S. so it can not go to a department store local and look for instructions there. If anyone knows generally how to use this product (how long to maintain the mask in the fridge, how long to keep in the face, etc) I would really appreciate it.

Go to your local store and reading the lable English in the product sold in the U.S.. I tried Shiseido line skin care and made me oily. Glytone I ultimately discovered, and now have a new face! Shiseido hope that works for you, remember that it smelled really good. But if you still has skin problems (I'm not sure if you are having problems) Glytone test. It's incredible. Glycolic acid will be your new best friend.
