bone carving?

Hello everyone I found this bone carving of George Washington crossing the Delware. Its about 12 inchs long, 7 inchs wide and 1 inch thinking. weighs about 4 or 5 pounds.Joel 66 is engraved on it. Would you like to find information about it. Who did it were, when, what if anything of value. Any help would be great thanks jay
