Statue Nepal
Can anyone give me the site of the planned 1 km (approx) tall Budda statue in India / Nepal border?

I saw this in any of Discovery or Nat Geo, but I can find no reference to the same line.

It is located in Lumbini, about 22 km (about 13.6 miles) from the City of Bhairahawa. The statue is about 42 meters high from the base. You can not imagine any tall building in Nepal, the statue than 1km in height could be a joke!
