How can you shrink a 100% cotton T-shirt without a dryer???? help me!?

I have this indigo 100% cotton shirt that is size 16 (not a regular sixteen, This could be equivalent to a man's shirt SmallT) that is huge … sooo My dryer does not work and I was quite asking how can you shrink a cotton shirt without hair?

You cannot control contraction, but boiling on a stove to do the trick.
