Can my Chinese juniper bonsai have to grow inside?
I just got a bonsai which I think is a Chinese juniper …. it just says starting bonsai on the side of the pot. Ive been reading online and found that it should not grow inside and it's OK to grow from within, it's him.
It is a tree outdoors and not be kept at home for more than 2 hours a month. You must have a cold winter so you can go dormant. To send an email to me at: wchoat@american-bonsai.com, I'll be happy to send you the instructions carefully that the seller should have given. You also may want to look the junipers on my site: http://www.american-bonsai.com

How to get wrinkles on a Chinese painting after having been dropped?
I like Chinese painting Guohua accidentally while I was hanging and now there are a lot of wrinkles that can not leave the paper. How can I make the paper smooth appearance without ironing or techniques that may damage the paint?
Take it to a professional art restorer, or you can go to a frame shop where they have a dry mount machine and be able to dry the piece of news for you. Whatever you decide to do, have someone who knows what they are doing. Do not treat yourself!

watercolor painting?
friend of my mother is a watercolor of a kind of garden, and the date seems something like 1899 or so. the name artists is a little hard to read too, but I'm sure that says something like "Woodruff" nobody knows anything?
My advice would be to a museum or some sort of (real) art gallery. I'm sure people would be trained there would be more than happy to help not only name, but the price of his piece:) good luck!

I have something I want to know more about. Can anyone help?
I have a print that is made based on the painting of Napoleon Bonaparte, known as The Snuff Box. Napoleon is shown standing beside a table that has a small snuff box lying upon it. Can anyone tell me where painting is now? Who was the artist? Where can I find someone to evaluate the engraving that I have? I applied for a ticket to the Hall antique when it comes to the city, but was not selected.
Unfortunately, the painting you're referring to is not particularly famous. This means that the etching Based on this picture is unlikely to be particularly valuable. In addition, the prints are often made in editions larger, reducing the value of their work. If you want to send a picture of it though, I'll take a look.

I have a scroll with Chinese characters. How can I get a translation?
part looks like a logo, another aspect letters.
I bought a roll for my wife's birthday last year to go along with the Chinese novels is READIN – The Story of the Stone. suggest finding an international student at your local university that knows Chinese (China is). If displacement is very old, there may be some differences (not secure) in letters from then and now, but this can be the easiest option. . . . . . or find the University professor who teaches Chinese.

How much is a hand painted oil painting cost?
I give my mom a picture of the family. How much and who does this?
This depends on many things: where you live, how much to spend, and what the subject of painting. If you live near a university or art school, there will several young artists who are talented, and the price is reasonable. I've seen the paintings ranging from $ 100 to tens of thousands.

but its white and I do not like what I wanted to know if I could paint the cage with some spray paint or something, thanks for the help if you have any:)
I say no. Better safe than sorry. I would not see the birds get sick or die from something in the painting. Chop the bars of the cage occasionally and sometimes paint can leach into the water dishes.

I'm painting it in my garden shed? What color should I paint the walls and door?
I am painting the interior of the garden shed. It will be used as a refuge and has an inside cradle for naps. The barn has no windows. Currently, the shed door and walls have been sanded and ready for painting. Inside there are two lights. I would like the door painted a color that I could see if I have to close it.
I use a Coleman gasoline lantern for a light on my ship. I painted the inside bright white to reflect light and make it brighter there.
