Longevity God

Longevity God

Fortunately, fewer people see God as a mad tyrant like the Old Testament describes. Since the days cavemen now, civilization has moved from a "no god" approach to today, in which God is seen as a "Spirit of material being. using school as a metaphor, civilization has moved slowly from preschool to college caveman today, with plenty of graduate jobs has not yet been found.

Kindergarten Caveman were only interested in free survival. God? What God?

Cavemen had little or nothing of abstract thought. There for being able to avoid further cavemen or killing cavemen smaller. The world was a violent and life throughout the day was an adventure dangerous to be left with one focusing exclusively on the physical material world.

Gradually, as communities began to develop and as a family unit standard became more real, thinking about "others" and longevity of life and began to grow. With the development of homo sapiens and your brain, the art was discovered, developed and improved. Agriculture became the mainstay of life rather than hunting. The man began to question how all this stuff, "he to be and leaving God did not seem to be the answer. The primary school is then in full bloom.

Some 3-4,000 years ago the gods (plural) that were seen as out there gave way to one God (monotheism), and they just had to be a hierarchy. The vision of the world became a concept three layers. There was fire below and the sky above us in the middle. The stars, sun and moon were holes in the roof that let light shine through heaven. Middle School is now in session.

2,000 years ago, Jesus entered a world about to embark on high school. It is time that people understand more about God, whom he called father. The message could be received now that God is love. God is not angry! God does not, does not it make things that the Middle School thinks it has. It was just his perception. What we have forgotten is that the message that Jesus was delivered to a specific audience at a time determined, but with more universal concepts for those who want to go to college. Thus, our Bible is a beautiful SACRED first school.

Ah, but this is NOW! We are 2000 years removed from high school.

Jesus gave us many clues to tell us that there was much more to know, but still had not matured enough to understand. Later when we arrived at the university, which developed and our teacher of the university (known by various names, but I like the "Comforter" one) that instruct us about the deeper questions. Hey guys, it's U.S.! :-)

Furthermore, one of the many lessons God is not angry! God does not punish. God is love!
