Chinese Silk
How do I fix discolouration in a Chinese silk dress without ruining it?

It is a light blue dress with a large area of color grayish white discoloration on the bust. The dress is of Chinese silk and dry clean only.

You can try dry cleaning, but be prepared to be told they can not do anything about it. Silk is very difficult to clean. You can tell what the terrain is, if you know. That may help somewhat, but it seems you may have to throw the suit away and buy a new one.
